Alcohol
Customer warrants that he/she is over the age of 18 years and legally entitled to purchase any such Product, and that he/she is not under the influence of alcohol at the time the order is submitted.
Shipping methods
All orders require a signature upon delivery, and must be signed for by someone over the age of 18. Currently Shipping is only available to New Zealand Addresses. Orders from oversea’s will be refunded in full.
Courier Delivery
Freight charges for your order are automatically calculated as you add items to your shopping cart Please Note freight is charged per case ie 12 bottles ( ie if you order 13 bottles you will be charged 2 cases worth of freight so please order in full case amounts)
Insurance
All orders shipped are insured at no additional charge.
Payment Methods
We use Paypal for online sales this allows you to use a selection of different credit cards as well as their other methods of payments.

Changes and errors
We do our best to achieve 100% accuracy, but occasionally mistakes do occur. We will endeavour to correct errors as soon as possible.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products or services then please email us, outlining clearly the nature of your complaint or dissatisfaction. Any complaints will be handled quickly and efficiently and all information exchanged will be confidential. We guarantee to respond to complaints and to keep the customer informed about progress of any complaint.
Breakages
Unfortunately breakages occasionally happen in transit, in this instance please don’t sign for or accept delivery of items, our couriers insurance covers breakages, we will send replacement stock to you as so as possible. Please contact us Directly to deal with these issues.
